RETURN/REFUND INFORMATION

I wish you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from All Earrings and Supplies. If for any reason you have an issue or problem, please contact me so I can rectify any problems.

If you aren't satisfied with the items you receive, please contact me, using the contact form on this site, within 7 days of delivery of your order to arrange for a return and refund.

Returns or exchanges can be made for broken pieces, or was otherwise unsatisfactory. However, you must contact me prior to returning any items.

Refunds are credited through the same payment processors as the original purchase, only once items are returned to me and the following conditions have been met:

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging and of the original quantity, unless we have reached an alternate agreement PRIOR to shipping the items back.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for either the original or return shipping fees unless items are being returned for defect or damage in shipping, or the parcel has been lost and is unable to be located by USPS.
